SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION:
Feeling depressed most of the day, every day
Loss of interest or pleasure in things you used to enjoy
Increased or decreased appetite
Fatigue, lethargy, or lack of motivation
Feeling of worthlessness or inappropriate guilt most of the time
Decreased ability to think or concentrate
Recurrent thoughts of death, thoughts of suicide without a plan, a suicide attempt, or a plan to commit suicide

Additionally, identifying healthy ways of behaving and practicing good self-care can also reduce depression symptoms.
