You've chosen you! Now what?
I’m hoping you’ve read my last few posts about values, and making the changes you need to in order to live in line with your values and be y our authentic self. You’ve identified the changes that you need to make in order to do so, and you’re committed to doing it. Some of these changes are easier to make than others.
Here are some examples of some of the changes we might need to make in order to live in line with our values:
Changes in how we spend our time
Changes in our routine and schedule
Changes in how we manage stress
Changes in what we do or don’t put into our bodies
Changes in our relationships
Changes in how we think and feel about ourselves
Changes in how we communicate with others
These are just some of the changes we might need to make in order to live in line with our values and be our authentic self. Which of these changes do you need to make?
It’s important to acknowledge that change is hard. Change can take hard work and determination to stick with it. I’ll send out a worksheet on Thursday that will help you outline these changes.
