Body Image Support Group
This weekly therapy group offers a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals who are navigating challenges related to body image, self-esteem, and appearance-related distress. Whether your concerns are rooted in lifelong struggles, cultural or familial messages, trauma, or recent life transitions, this group is designed to help you explore your relationship with your body through a trauma-informed, compassionate lens.
Through guided discussion, shared experiences, and therapeutic activities, participants will:
Explore how societal and internalized beliefs impact self-worth
Learn to identify and challenge harmful thought patterns
Develop skills to practice body neutrality, self-compassion, and acceptance
Build a sense of connection and validation within a supportive group community
This group is ideal for adults of all genders who feel isolated in their experience or who are seeking healing beyond individual therapy. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
This virtual 14-week closed group meets Tuesday's from 10:30am-12pm. A group screening is required in advance.
