A Group for Young Adults Who are Done Starting Over

Relapse is part of recovery - but it doesn't have to be the whole story. This 12-week group gives you tools, accountability, and a room full of people who actually get it.

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM

Ages 18-25

In-Person in SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC

12-Week Commitment

$87.50 per group/paid monthly

Pre-Screening Required

More than a meeting - it's a method

Each session is structured around real relapse prevention skills, not just sharing circles. You'll leave with something you can actually use.

Trauma-Informed

We recognize that substance use doesn't happen in a vacuum. The group holds space for the full story with safety and compassion at the center.

Structured & Skill-Based

Each week builds on the last. You'll develop a personalized relapse prevention plan, identify triggers, and practice coping strategies that actually stick.

Peer Accountability

You're surrounded by people your age navigating the same work. The connection inside this group is often the thing that makes the biggest difference.

Do I need to be in individual therapy too?

Not necessarily, but we do recommend having individual support in place alongside this group. If you're not currently working with a therapist, we can discuss options, including individual sessions with Stephanie or another Silver Lining clinician.

What does "abstinence required" mean exactly?

Participants are asked to commit to abstinence from mood-altering substances for the duration of the group. This isn't about being perfect, it's about creating a foundation where the skills can actually take hold. We'll talk more about this during your intake call.

How many people are in the group?

We keep the group intentionally small to protect the quality of connection and ensure Stephanie can give each person meaningful attention. Group size will be communicated during your intake process.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. We ask that you communicate with Stephanie in advance when possible. Because the group is relational and builds week to week, consistent attendance is important. This will be discussed in detail during intake.
