Explore What Shapes Who You Are

Our experiences, relationships, and expectations shape how we see ourselves. This group helps men examine those influences, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Areas of exploration include:

  • Relationships & Connection: Intimacy, friendships, family dynamics, and building trust

  • Identity & Purpose: Personal values, career direction, masculinity, and life transitions

  • Emotional Well-Being: Anxiety, stress, vulnerability, and emotional awareness

  • Expectations & Responsibilities: Financial pressures, societal expectations, and balancing personal needs with those of others

How the Therapeutic Process Works

Unlike a traditional support group, Exploring Modern Masculinity uses guided therapeutic exploration to help participants better understand themselves and their relationships.

Through interactions with other group members and Stephanie's guidance, participants identify patterns in how they think, feel, and relate to others. These insights create opportunities to challenge old assumptions, develop greater emotional awareness, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
