Grief and Loss Process Group

Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable. Whether you are mourning the death of a loved one, experiencing a non-death loss (such as divorce, estrangement, or a major life change), or carrying cumulative grief over time, this group provides a safe and supportive space to process your unique experience of loss.

In this weekly therapy group, participants are invited to share their stories, express emotions without judgment, and receive support from others who truly understand the pain of grief. Guided by a licensed therapist, the group focuses on helping you:

  • Feel less alone in your experience

  • Understand and normalize the grieving process

  • Identify coping strategies for emotional waves, anniversaries, and daily life

  • Explore meaning-making, identity shifts, and life after loss

  • Move at your own pace while honoring your connection to what was lost

This group is open to adults of all backgrounds and experiences. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome here.

This weekly virtual group meets Tuesday's from 6pm-7:30pm.  A pre-group screening is required in advance.  The cost of the group is $87.50 per group.
