Silencing the Inner Critic Group for Women

A Therapy Group for Women Navigating Anxiety & Perfectionism

Who it’s for:

Women who feel anxious, hard on themselves, stuck in perfectionism, and constantly “not enough.”

Group Description:

This group is for women who feel driven by anxiety, self-criticism, and the pressure to get everything “right.” Together, we’ll explore where the inner critic came from, how it’s trying to protect you, and how to gently create more self-compassion, ease, and emotional safety. This is a slower-paced, supportive space focused on relief and understanding, not fixing.

What you’ll work on:

  • Understand anxiety and perfectionism through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens

  • Learn gentle, body-based tools to support nervous system regulation

  • Reduce self-judgment and inner pressure

  • Explore how anxiety shows up in daily life, including around rest, productivity, and self-image

  • Feel less alone through shared experience and connection

Logistics:

This is a virtual group on Wednesday's from 12:00pm-1:30pm.  It is an 8-week closed group and begins February 11th.
