Over the course of two unhurried hours, you’ll be guided through meditation, reflective processing, and deep relaxation. Drawing from the evidenced-based modalities of yoga nidra, mindfulness practices, and somatic release techniques, this experience invites your body and mind to soften, regulate, and return to balance.
